The Titleist Performance Institute is the worlds leading educational organization dedicated to the study of how the body functions in relation to the golf swing. Through specific exercises, the instructors correct physical limitations that affect the golf swing and potentially lead to injury.
One of many examples of how pilates benefits the golfer is seen above with the roll back bar. As most golfers know rotation is typically important to properly execute the golf swing and the same level of hip rotation is also required to do a deep squat.
