Our Core Message

There are many paths to becoming a Pilates teacher, with countless hybrid and fusion techniques emerging in the fitness world. However, to truly grasp the essence of this practice, you must go straight to the source—the original method as Joseph Pilates intended.

At Zoeli Classical Pilates Academy, we immerse you in the authentic, classical approach, staying true to the lineage of Joseph Pilates himself. I had the incredible privilege of learning from Romana Kryzanowska, a direct protégé of Joe Pilates, as well as from esteemed teachers who worked closely alongside her. My mission is to preserve and pass down this method in its purest, most authentic form through the Zoeli Classical Pilates Training Program.

Here, you won’t just learn Pilates—you’ll master its comprehensive system as it was originally designed. This includes every exercise, every variation, and every piece of equipment created by Joseph Pilates. More than that, you'll gain the skills to train, challenge, and truly inspire your clients, helping them experience the transformative power of Pilates.
